Job Description Press space or enter keys to toggle section visibility The Marketing & Communications Manager is responsible for initiating and implementing marketing campaigns and partnerships, including CSR activities.

He or she will report directly to the Director of Marketing & Communications and will develop and execute marketing plans aligned with strategies for advertising, public relations, digital marketing, and social media marketing. The ideal candidate should have at least five years of experience in marketing and communications, preferably in a managerial role within the hotel industry. Strong skills in planning, writing, editing, presentation, project management, and organization are essential, along with excellent oral and written communication abilities.

Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, as well as experience in media relations and crisis communications, is required. The Marketing & Communications Manager will lead the development and execution of marketing plans across advertising, public relations, digital, and social media channels, while establishing partnerships with brands and organizations for marketing and CSR programs. Responsibilities include creating content for digital platforms, writing press releases, preparing monthly performance reports, and developing marketing materials in line with brand guidelines.

The role also involves coordinating closely with internal teams and external partners, monitoring artwork and marketing requests, conducting market research, supporting corporate communications, tracking industry trends, managing marketing collateral inventory, assisting with minor design edits, and performing other related duties as assigned.
