Job Description:

  • Respond to client inquiries and issues promptly through various communication channels (email, phone, chat, and social media)
  • Ensure high level of client satisfaction by providing accurate information to resolve problems efficiently
  • Maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with clients.
  • Social media profile creation for clients, managing of these profiles to ensure that they are up-to-date and engagements are continuous
  • Promotional efforts for clients' products and services through social media advertising
  • Monitoring of clients' social media channels for inquiries and comments, responding in a timely and appropriate manner
  • Digital marketing data and metrics analysis to make data-driven recommendations for improvement
  • Provision of assistance to the team leaders in managing and executing projects for your clients, ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams to gather project requirements and provide support as needed
  • Preparation of project reports, presentations, and documentation for your clients and internal stakeholders
  • Stay informed about your clients' latest products and services
  • Conduct product training sessions for your clients' customers when necessary
  • Assist in the development of product-related content for marketing and support purposes
  • Utilize digital marketing expertise to optimize social media campaigns for your clients, email marketing, and other digital channels

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or any related field
  • At least 1 year equivalent work experience preferably related to digital marketing
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and platforms (Facebook ads, etc.)
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently
  • Detail-oriented and organized with strong multitasking abilities
