What You'll Do

  • Be a Data Champion:
    Collaborate with teams across the business to drive data quality, integrity, and best practices.
  • Solve Real Problems:
    Use your analytical skills to uncover data issues, run statistical tests, and recommend solutions that make a difference.
  • Innovate & Automate:
    Design and develop automated data quality checks and audit plans—your ideas for process improvement will be heard and implemented
  • Empower Others:
    Help data owners and stewards implement frameworks and master data management, making everyone's data journey smoother.
  • Lead Change:
    Campaign for smarter, simpler, and more automated data processes. Your voice will help shape how we manage and use data at scale.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Experience in data quality, data governance, or master data management is a big plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills—you love digging into data and finding insights.
  • Familiarity with data quality tools, ETL processes, and automation.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills—you're a team player who can work with anyone.
  • Agile, curious, and always eager to learn new things.
