Job Description

As an Amazon Advertising Analyst, you'll support media managers in executing, monitoring, and optimizing campaigns. You'll transform raw data into insights, identify performance trends, and help drive measurable advertising results across global eCommerce platforms.

The Qualifications We Seek

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, charting)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to draw insights from data
• 2 years of experience in Amazon paid search and programmatic advertising
• Knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Vendor Central, Retail Analytics, and Amazon Marketing Services
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills
• Experience in executing, monitoring, and analyzing digital advertising campaigns

Your Daily Tasks

• Execute, monitor, and optimize Amazon DSP and search campaigns within client budgets to meet or exceed performance targets
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports to communicate campaign insights and results
• Use Amazon reporting tools to conduct research and identify opportunities for client growth
• Analyze retail data, campaign metrics, and KPIs to track performance and trends
• Support ad-hoc analysis and projects that contribute to the advertising team's success

Day-to-Day Activities:

• Execute assigned tasks and projects under the guidance of WBX media managers and analysts
• Manage ticket-based work using Hubspot, providing regular status updates and virtual collaboration
• Perform data entry tasks including bulksheet completion, campaign launches, and audience creation in Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC)
• Conduct data analysis through Amazon DSP, Perpetua, and Excel (using pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and chart visualizations)
• Monitor product and ad performance trends through dashboards and market intelligence tools like Helium and Keepa
• Leverage Amazon Seller Central for competitive analysis and product opportunity insights

Performance KPIs:

• 1 month: Fully trained on Glass (internal web app), Perpetua, Helium, Keepa, and AMC analytics; complete DSP & Sponsored Ads Certifications
• 3 months: Consistent task completion with accuracy and collaboration on professional client reports
• 6 months: Demonstrate initiative through proactive insights, recommendations, and optimization ideas
