We're seeking a detail-oriented Advertising Operations Assistant to provide critical support to our Advertising team. This role is perfect for someone who excels at organization, reporting, and cross-team collaboration. You'll manage reporting systems, streamline workflows, support leadership, and ensure that the team has the tools and resources needed to drive advertising success in a fast-paced environment.

How you will achieve success:

  • Manage advertising reports, databases, and platform profiles across multiple tools (Pacvue, Criteo, Promote IQ, etc.).
  • Support department leadership with scheduling, reporting (LTRs, budgets, pacing files), and SOP documentation.
  • Coordinate training, onboarding/offboarding, and ensure teams have access to tools and resources.
  • Deliver accurate DSP invoices and agency fees, and ensure advertising budgets are approved, tracked, and communicated on time.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and serve as a key point of contact for requests, meetings, and project updates.

We provide full platform account management (1P retail, 3P marketplace and hybrid) incorporating inventory management, listing optimization, advertising campaign management (including AMS, DSP), and customer service. We also operate traffic-building campaigns external to Amazon, designed to drive high-converting traffic to Amazon. We conduct Amazon channel due diligence for private equity and investors looking to acquire brands that depend heavily on Amazon as a sales channel.
