We are looking for a People Data Analyst to join our HR Shared Services team. This role will assist with HR reporting queries to deliver complex analyses of HR data; identify key trends, and contribute to the creation of HR insights that enable the diagnosis of business issues. Key responsibilities include:Organising and synthesising large datasets from multiple sources into professional reporting formats, preferably using dashboards and automation to produce presentations and analyses.

Conducting regular audits or risk assessments on data integrity to identify and mitigate vulnerabilities. Reviewing system capabilities and governance frameworks to identify if requested outputs are feasible and suggest improvements. Analyzing user data needs and identifying requests that can be resolved through self-service or automation.

Ensuring deliverables are produced on time and error-free. Ensuring compliance with all relevant data protection regulations and company policies. Implementing and maintaining security measures to protect confidential information from unauthorized access or breaches.

Capturing and documenting business and functional requirements for BI solutions, assisting in creating these using Oracle Business Intelligence (OBI). What you will bring to the team:A degree in HR, Business, or related disciplines. At least 3 years' experience in reporting and analytics.

Proficiency in report development and data visualisation tools (Oracle BI and PowerBI desirable). Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, with HR reporting experience considered an advantage. Knowledge of ETL tools (Informatica desirable).

Strong numerical skills, coupled with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Work schedule: Monday to Friday / 8:00 am to 5:00 pm / HybridThis position is based in Makati, Quezon City, or Cebu City, depending on the candidate's location. Applicants must be Filipino citizens and have the right to work in the Philippines.
