  • Monitors and update the daily inventory of assigned customers; encodes the receiving and withdrawal transactions.

  • Verifies clerical computations against physical count of stock

  • Adjust errors in computation and report reasons for discrepancies

  • Reconcile Inventory discrepancies

  • Assist client's concerns about the inventory of their stocks.

  • Plan and complete assigned tasks within deadlines.

  • Generate and maintain weekly reports on inventory levels

  • Submits the daily inventory report and other reports of the assigned customers thru email.

  • Prepares the inventory summary of the customers when there is a monthly physical count of materials and full goods inventory. Reconciles inventory results with finance or customer's representative and explains inventory differences

  • Monitors the series of all the documents that we used in warehouse transactions and ensures that there is no missing series number. Submits the summary of the cancelled documents.

  • Summarizes all the inventory of the customers as reference of the Warehouse Checkers

  • Summarizes all the stocks of the customers in the warehouse and submits the Occupancy Report

  • Performs other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by Inventory Supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field

· At least 2 years experience in the related field

· Proficient in MS office application

· Good problem solving skills

. With good hand writing / penmanship

· Must be honest, trustworthy and dependable, fast learner and can work with minimum supervision.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php650.00 per day
