PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Accomplishes department objectives by managing staff; planning and evaluating department activities. Coaches, counsels, and disciplines employees (if necessary). Achieves staff results by communicating job expectations, planning, monitoring, and appraising job performance.

Develops, coordinates, and enforces systems, policies, procedures, and productivity standards aligned with company SOPs. Meets financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing annual budgets, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions. Maintains quality service by enforcing quality and customer service standards, analyzing and resolving related issues, and recommending system improvements.

Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Coordinates with the operational manager to ensure proper operational procedures. Creates weekly or monthly tasks for operational branch updates.

Engages with the company sales force by presenting services and gathering customer feedback. SECONDARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintains staff through recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees. Increases branch sales profit.

Closes deals with clients. Ensures high quality of services. Monitors staff from human resources, marketing, and housekeeping departments to ensure deadlines are met.

Identifies prospective clients and closes deals for manpower and one-time cleaning services. Collects accomplishment reports from the team. Updates reports to the main operations department.

Assists with and addresses staff concerns. Updates monitoring and drives. #J-18808-Ljbffr
