About the role

Are you a friendly and energetic individual looking to join a dynamic retail team? Paramount Human Resource Multi-Purpose Cooperative is seeking a Full-Time Cashier to join our store in Lourdes, Quezon City. In this fast-paced role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and accurately processing sales transactions.

What you'll be doing

  1. Greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner
  2. Operating the cash register and processing sales transactions efficiently and accurately
  3. Handling cash, credit/debit card payments, and other payment methods
  4. Providing excellent customer service and resolving any customer inquiries or issues
  5. Maintaining a clean and organised checkout area
  6. Restocking and organising product displays as needed
  7. Adhering to company policies and procedures

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience as a cashier or in a customer service role
  2. Strong math and money handling skills
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  4. Attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
  5. Positive attitude and a desire to provide exceptional customer service
  6. Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
