Admin Assistant/ Receptionist

Provides administrative support and serves as the first point of contact for clients and visitors. Ensures smooth office operations through efficient coordination, communication, and clerical tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage front desk reception, greet visitors, and handle phone inquiries.
- Maintain office schedules, appointments, and meeting calendars.
- Assist with filing, documentation, and organizational tasks.
- Coordinate office supplies, deliveries, and courier services.
- Support HR and accounting tasks such as timesheets, petty cash, and basic data entry.
- Assist the sales team with printing documents, updating forms, and preparing job orders.
- Maintain a clean and professional reception area.
- Handle incoming emails and route messages to appropriate personnel.
Qualifications
- Graduate of any business, administration, or customer service–related course.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Pleasant personality and positive attitude.
- Experience in admin or front desk work is a plus but not required.
