This role ensures cost-effective sourcing, quality control, and supplier management while aligning with the company's sustainability and operational goals. Key Responsibilities:Strategic Procurement & SourcingDevelop and implement purchasing strategies to optimize costs and quality.

Identify and negotiate with suppliers to establish long-term partnerships. Ensure compliance with procurement policies and industry regulations. Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers.

Conduct supplier evaluations and ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met. Source sustainable and high-quality products that align with the company's environmental initiatives. Cost Control & BudgetingMonitor purchasing budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities.

Analyze market trends to ensure competitive pricing. Implement procurement best practices to maximize efficiency. Operational EfficiencyCollaborate with various departments (e.g., F&B, housekeeping, engineering) to meet operational needs.

Ensure timely delivery of goods and services to prevent supply chain disruptions. Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field. Minimum of 10 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management, preferably in the hospitality industry.

Strong negotiation, leadership, and vendor management skills. Knowledge of procurement software and supply chain management systems. Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-property environment.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
