PHRN/USRN Team Lead — Alabang | ₱50–65K Base + ₱6K License Premium

Work setup: Onsite (Alabang)

Start date: ASAP

Compensation: ₱50,000–₱65,000 base + ₱6,000 license premium (USRN typically bands at the top of the range)

What you'll do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team supporting US healthcare operations
  • Own daily performance: quality, productivity, attendance, and CSAT/NPS
  • Run huddles, calibrations, and side-by-sides; deliver actionable feedback
  • Analyze trends; drive corrective action plans with stakeholders
  • Handle escalations and ensure compliance with clinical and process standards
  • Report KPIs to management and recommend process improvements

What we're looking for

  • Active PHRN or USRN (Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required)
  • 2+ years bedside clinical experience
  • 1+ year BPO Team Lead experience in a healthcare account
  • Strong communication (CEFR B2 or equivalent) and stakeholder management
  • Amenable to onsite work in Alabang and immediate start

Nice to have

  • Experience in utilization review, prior authorization, case management, or healthcare operations leadership
  • Background in mentoring new hires and driving quality initiatives
