About The Role:

We are looking for a Social Media Specialist (Consultant) to manage and automate social media activities across Instagram and TikTok. You will be responsible for handling up to 15 accounts simultaneously, leveraging AI tools to optimize content, engagement, and growth. This is a flexible, part-time, fully remote role, perfect for someone highly organized, creative, and tech-savvy.

Role Responsibilities: 

  • Manage 15+ social media accounts across Instagram and TikTok.
  • Implement automation strategies to streamline posting, engagement, and reporting.
  • Leverage AI tools for content creation, captions, hashtags, and trend analysis.
  • Plan, schedule, and monitor posts to maintain consistent brand voice.
  • Analyze account performance metrics and optimize strategies for growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align social campaigns with brand objectives.
  • Stay updated with platform algorithms, trends, and best practices.

Qualifications: 

  • Familiarity with AI-powered tools for content creation, caption generation, and analytics.
  • Hands-on experience with social media automation and scheduling tools.
  • Proven experience managing multiple social media accounts, preferably Instagram and TikTok.
  • Strong understanding of social media trends, hashtags, engagement tactics, and platform algorithms.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple accounts efficiently.
  • Self-starter with strong communication skills.
  • Experience in e-commerce or brand growth is a plus.
