Responsibilities:

  • Will be responsible for completion of assigned tasks within SLA
  • Will be responsible for performing tasks with the expected level of accuracy
  • Will be responsible for quality audits and monitoring activities as assigned by your manager
  • Will be responsible for training new team-members
  • Will be required to participate in discussions related to process improvements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Graduate of any 4-year course (PH equivalent is okay)
  • Proficiency in MS Excel
  • Must have good verbal and written communication skills in German and English
  • Applicants must be willing to work in McKinley West, Taguig City
  • Can start ASAP
  • Willing to work on-site on a daily basis
