MCI is looking for a Garments Art-Work Designer to manage our daily art work for a trendy fashion designs who can share our passion for leading an active lifestyle, growing personally as well as professionally, and creating game-changing products and experiences.

Responsibilities:

· Responsible for conceptualization and design solutions from concept to completion.

· Develop design by gathering new trends, printing techniques and execution.

· Keep abreast of recent development and technologies in the graphic arts field.

· Execute fashion assortment based on line plan.

· Strategically assess/research market competition in terms of upcoming or latest trend.

· Coordinate with the managers regarding technical aspects of sample development.

· Knowledge in graphic design programs and proficient in Corel Draw, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.

· Highly innovative and creative individual with a flair and attitude towards fashion and design.

· Hand drawing for idea sketch, create template or models to guide their work.

· Select which materials to use on the basis of color, texture, strength, and other qualities.

· Develop creative ideas or new methods for making art.

· Use visual elements, such as composition, color, space, and perspective to produce desired artistic effects.

· Online promotion, event page, banner, brochure, leaflet and etc.

· Design of Package, label, manual, box, and the like.

· Trend Research.

· Analyze fashion trends.

· Produce concepts and develop patterns.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Apparel/Textile design or equivalent experience in the apparel industry.
  • 3+ year's professional experience in Textile Design, preferably in different types of apparel.
  • Strong knowledge of performance fabric & apparel printing methods.
  • Excellent self-leadership skills, and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Strong detail orientation, project management, and prioritization skills.
  • Able to use rigorous logic and methods to solve problems with effective solutions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php35,000.00 per month
