About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Relation to join our dynamic team at Men2 Marketing & Distribution Enterprise Corporation. This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to work in a collaborative and supportive environment.

What you'll be doing

  • Responding to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and other communication channels in a timely and professional manner
  • Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues, ensuring a positive customer experience
  • Maintaining accurate customer records and documentation
  • Providing product information and recommendations to customers
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address complex customer needs
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and customer service enhancements
  • Adhering to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and quality standards

What we're looking for

  • Male/Female
  • Must have earned a bachelor's degree of any 4-year course
  • Good communication skills in English and Filipino
  • Computer literate (able to use basic computer applications)
  • Friendly, patient, and good at handling customer concerns.
  • Can work with a team.
  • Customer service experience is a plus but not required.
