Logistics Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the day-to-day logistics operations, including warehouse management, transportation, and inventory control. This role ensures the efficient, accurate, and timely flow of goods and materials, while maintaining compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. The Logistics Supervisor will lead a team of logistics personnel and work closely with other departments to support business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise daily logistics operations, including warehouse activities, dispatching, shipping, and receiving.
  • Lead, train, and evaluate logistics staff to ensure efficiency and adherence to company standards.
  • Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and coordinate replenishment as needed.
  • Plan and optimize delivery schedules and routes to ensure on-time distribution.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, transport providers, and internal teams to resolve logistical issues.
  • Implement and maintain effective logistics processes to improve efficiency and cost savings.
  • Ensure proper documentation of shipments, receipts, and inventory movements.
  • Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with government regulations and company policies.
  • Analyze logistics data and prepare reports for management review.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives in warehouse and transportation operations.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineer, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, or supply chain operations, with at least 1–3 years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficient in logistics software, warehouse management systems (WMS), and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
  • Knowledge of safety standards and government regulations related to logistics and transportation.
