Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Project Development Manager located in Hermosa Bataan. The Real Estate Project Development Manager will be responsible for overseeing project timelines, coordinating logistics, managing inspections, and ensuring projects are completed efficiently. Daily tasks include supervising expediting processes, managing project activities, coordinating with various teams, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Qualifications

  • Skilled in Expediting and Logistics Management
  • Proficient in Project Management and Inspection
  • Experience as an Expeditor or in expediting roles is beneficial
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
  • Ability to work on-site in Hermosa Bataan
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
