We are seeking a highly experienced Training & Quality Director to lead and elevate our organization's learning, development, and quality assurance initiatives. This role is critical in shaping high-performance teams, ensuring service excellence, and driving continuous improvement across all operational functions.

Job Description:

  • Training & Development

  • Oversee the design, implementation, and evaluation of training programs across all levels.

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify training needs and align them with business goals.

  • Lead onboarding, upskilling, and leadership development initiatives.

  • Quality Assurance

  • Develop and manage robust quality frameworks to ensure service delivery meets and exceeds client expectations.

  • Drive root-cause analysis and corrective actions for quality deviations.

  • Ensure regular audits, feedback loops, and performance monitoring mechanisms are in place.

  • Process Improvement & Reporting

  • Utilize Six Sigma methodologies to identify opportunities for process optimization.

  • Generate, analyze, and present data-driven insights to senior leadership.

  • Establish KPIs and dashboards to track training and quality performance.

  • Leadership & People Management

  • Lead and mentor a team of training and quality professionals.

  • Foster a culture of learning, accountability, and continuous improvement.

  • Provide strategic direction and performance management for the department.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Operations Management, or related field (Master's preferred).

  • Proven experience (7+ years) in a senior Training, Quality, or Operations role within the BPO industry.

  • Solid background in reporting and analytics, with strong proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.

  • Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher) is highly preferred.

  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
