SUMMARY:

Responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and driving revenue growth for the courier express services. Focuses on market research, sales strategies, and the execution of business development initiatives to expand market presence and achieve sales targets.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or related field. (or equivalent work experience). Experience:
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in logistics, courier, or express delivery industry

KNOWLEDGE:

Sales & Marketing Strategies:

  • Understanding of courier/express logistics operations and industry trends.
  • Knowledge of market research and sales forecasting techniques
  • Familiarity with regional market trends and customer segmentation. Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Goal-oriented with strong organizational skills.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Develop and implement sales plans and marketing strategies.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations for clients.
  • Conduct market research and analyze competitors' activities.
  • Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure service quality.
  • Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for management.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Achievement of monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Expansion of client base and market share.
  • Development of strategic business plans.
  • Accurate reporting and documentation of sales activities.
  • High client satisfaction and retention rates.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php27, Php40,000.00 per month
