  • Prepare general ledger and ensure timely month-end and year-end closing.
  • Prepare financial statements in compliance with PFRS.
  • Ensure proper allocation of project revenues and expenses under IFRS 15.
  • Prepare, review, and file all monthly, quarterly, and annual tax returns (VAT, ITR, Percentage Tax, Expanded Withholding Tax, DST, Finalization, etc.) with the BIR.
  • Ensure accurate and timely submission of tax returns.
  • Act as liaison with BIR examiners, coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants.
  • Monitor project working budgets, profitability, percentage of completion.
  • Implement accounting system for construction industry.
