Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst – SQL & Big Data Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have solid expertise in SQL, Google Cloud BigQuery, and strong analytical capabilities to manage and interpret large datasets. This role requires proficiency in Python or R for advanced data analysis, an understanding of ETL processes, and the ability to transform complex information into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Write, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets.
  • Utilize Google Cloud BigQuery for managing, querying, and processing structured and unstructured data.
  • Perform data analysis using Python and/or R, applying statistical methods and analytical models.
  • Leverage Microsoft Excel for reporting, data validation, and data manipulation tasks.
  • Support ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes and tools to ensure accurate and efficient data integration.
  • Apply general knowledge of segmentation models to provide actionable insights for business decision-making.
  • Prepare clear, concise reports and dashboards that synthesize complex data findings for stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver tailored solutions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of solid experience in SQL coding/writing and Google Cloud BigQuery.
  • Strong knowledge of Python or R for data analysis and statistical modeling.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for advanced data manipulation.
  • Familiarity with ETL tools and processes for data integration.
  • Ability to work with segmentation models and interpret business data effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and communication skills.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: Php40, Php70,000.00 per month
