Job Summary:

The Recruitment Coordinator is responsible for executing end-to-end recruitment activities to attract, source, and hire top talent for the organization. This role involves working closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, posting jobs, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and ensuring a smooth and professional recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, develop job descriptions, and create hiring plans.
  • Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
  • Screen applications, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist candidates for hiring teams.
  • Coordinate interview schedules, assessments, and feedback collection with relevant stakeholders.
  • Manage the candidate experience from application through onboarding to ensure professionalism and engagement.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate and timely candidate information.
  • Support employer branding initiatives, including job fairs, social media campaigns, and university partnerships.
  • Generate recruitment reports and analytics to monitor hiring progress and performance metrics.
  • Ensure recruitment practices are aligned with labor laws and company policies.
  • Continuously explore and implement innovative recruitment strategies and sourcing techniques.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar HR role.
  • Strong interviewing, sourcing, and candidate assessment skills.
  • Familiarity with various job boards, sourcing tools, and ATS platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple open roles and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.
  • A team player with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Please note that this is under a project based engagement.
  • There are two possible locations for hybrid engagement: Makati or BGC.
