About the role

Join the team at Urban Resources Corporation as a Supervisor Trainee. In this full-time role based in Mandaue City, Cebu, you will have the opportunity to develop your leadership and management skills while contributing to the success of a dynamic company in the resources and recycling industry.

What you'll be doing

  • Assist in the supervision and coordination of day-to-day operations within the company's production and processing facilities
  • Provide on-the-job training and mentorship to junior staff to help develop their skills and knowledge
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators to ensure operational efficiency and compliance with company policies and industry regulations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of safety protocols and best practices
  • Participate in the planning and execution of special projects as needed

What we're looking for

  • Completion of 4 years University degree
  • At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to think critically and strategically
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and motivate teams
  • Flexible and adaptable with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Willingness to learn and ability to work independently.
