JOB DESCRIPTIONS

  • Provide operational and clerical support to managers in the sales and marketing department.
  • Conducting market research, collecting data, compiling financial information, helping with promotional activities, liaising with customers, and delivering presentations.
  • Resume samples in this field focus on job assets like sales and marketing expertise, organization, commercial awareness, teamwork, good numeracy skills, creativity, and adaptability.
  • Work collaboratively with the Business Manager and team to maximize productivity
  • Organize and monitor schedules and see that deadlines are met
  • Complete a Sales Activity Report by the end of the day or as needed, deliver it to the Department Head via email, viber or in person.
  • Excellent organizational skills to meet goals and set priorities
  • Liquidate all travel and representation expense immediately.
  • Driving skills is a must.
  • Any tasks that may be assigned by Superior

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelors / College Degree in Business Studies / Administration / Management, Commerce, Marketing or equivalent.
  • Experience in sales is considered a significant advantage
  • 1-2 years of working experience in selling construction products and services.
  • Willingness to engage in fieldwork and work extended hours when needed
  • Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skill.
  • Hands on experience in sales and ability to deliver excellent customer service experience.
  • Knowledge in construction industry is preferred.
  • Strong account management skills are essential.
  • Knowledge of government procurement processes is a valuable plus.
