Key Responsibilities:1. Site Supervision & Execution

  • Supervise and coordinate daily civil work activities on-site (e.g., earthworks, concreting, formwork, rebar installation, masonry, drainage, roadworks, etc.).
  • Ensure civil works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and industry standards.
  • Monitor contractor and labor performance to ensure productivity and quality.

2. Project Planning & Coordination

  • Assist in preparing work schedules and monitor project progress.
  • Coordinate with site engineers, foremen, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely execution of work.
  • Attend site meetings and communicate with stakeholders regarding project progress and issues.

3. Quality Control

  • Inspect and verify materials used on-site and workmanship for compliance with quality standards.
  • Report and resolve any non-conformities or construction issues promptly.
  • Keep accurate records of daily work activities and inspections.

4. Health & Safety

  • Ensure that all site activities comply with safety regulations and company safety policies.
  • Conduct safety toolbox talks and enforce the use of PPE and safe work practices.
  • Report any incidents or near-misses immediately and participate in investigations as needed.

5. Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain daily site reports, progress logs, and photographic records.
  • Monitor use of materials and labor and report variances to the project manager.
  • Support in preparing reports for management and clients.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in supervising civil construction works.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment.
  • Familiar with construction drawings, specifications, and relevant codes/standards.
  • Ability to lead teams and coordinate multiple activities under pressure.
  • Proficient in MS Office; experience with project scheduling tools ( MS Project, Primavera) is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to work on project sites as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
