310 Nutrition is a leading e-commerce company specializing in meal replacement shakes, hydration products, and dietary supplements. We operate across multiple platforms, including Amazon, Shopify, and retail (Sprouts).

As part of our ongoing systems transformation, we are implementing
Oracle NetSuite ERP
to streamline and automate our
finance and accounting operations
, migrating from QuickBooks. We are seeking an experienced
NetSuite Consultant
with a strong accounting background to lead the finance-side implementation, testing, and go-live execution.

Role Overview

The
NetSuite Consultant (Finance & Accounting Focus)
will be responsible for configuring, testing, and optimizing all finance-related modules in NetSuite, including
General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Bank Feeds, Fixed Assets, and Financial Reporting
.

This role requires a deep understanding of accounting workflows,
QuickBooks-to-NetSuite migration
, and best practices for financial data integrity and automation. The consultant will work closely with the CFO, Accounting, and Operations teams to ensure seamless financial integration and UAT success.

Key Responsibilities

NetSuite Finance Implementation & Optimization

● Lead the
QuickBooks-to-NetSuite migration
, ensuring complete and accurate data transfer for all financial modules.

● Configure and customize
GL, AP, AR, bank reconciliation, journal entries, and month-end close workflows
.

● Build and validate accounting workflows, posting rules, and approval hierarchies.

● Design and optimize
financial reporting templates
, dashboards, and saved searches.

● Oversee
Finance UAT sessions
, validate test scripts, and ensure business process alignment.

● Collaborate with the CFO and Finance Team to map legacy processes and automate recurring financial tasks.

Data Migration & Validation

● Lead the
data mapping
from QuickBooks to NetSuite, including chart of accounts, open balances, vendor and customer lists, and transactional history.

● Conduct validation checks for
trial balance, journal entries, AR/AP aging, and reconciliations
.

● Create and maintain migration documentation and reconciliation reports.

Post-Implementation Support

● Provide hypercare and troubleshooting during the post-Go-Live phase.

● Train the Finance Team on new workflows, reporting tools, and month-end processes.

● Monitor data integrity and recommend process improvements for scalability.

Qualifications

Technical & Accounting Skills

●
5+ years
of hands-on experience in
NetSuite ERP
, specializing in financial module setup and accounting process automation.

● Proven experience
migrating from QuickBooks to NetSuite
(required).

● Strong understanding of
US GAAP, accrual accounting, month-end close, and consolidation processes
.

● Proficiency in
SuiteAnalytics, SuiteFlow, and saved searches
for financial reporting.

● Experience managing
bank integrations, chart of accounts restructuring
, and financial data validation.

● Familiarity with
multi-subsidiary and intercompany transactions
in NetSuite.

Analytical & Operational Skills

● Strong analytical mindset with the ability to trace and resolve data discrepancies.

● Experience supporting
Finance UAT
and creating
test scripts
for accounting modules.

● Capable of translating accounting requirements into NetSuite workflows and automation rules.

● Excellent documentation, reporting, and process mapping skills.

Soft Skills

● Strong communication and collaboration abilities, especially with finance and cross-functional teams.

● Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

● Comfortable working independently and delivering to tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

NetSuite Certified ERP Consultant
or
NetSuite Financial User Certification
.

● Previous implementation experience in the
Consumer Goods or Food & Beverage
industry.

● Familiarity with
3PL/WMS integrations
and multi-channel e-commerce finance workflows.

● Experience working with
external auditors
or in a system validation environment.
