Position: IT Infrastructure Specialist

Location: Cebu City

Industry: Information Technology

Work Setup: Onsite

Schedule: Regular Weekday Schedule

Salary Range: Php 30,000 – Php 40,000 Gross

Qualifications

- Graduate of Computer Science, Engineering, or any IT-related course

- 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure and network administration

- Strong grasp of networking protocols and technologies (e.g., TCP/IP, VLANs, SD-WAN, VPN, Load Balancing)

- Hands-on experience with routers, switches, firewalls, and VPN configurations

- Proficient in MS365 Active Directory, Cisco systems, and Fortinet firewalls

- Solid background in Microsoft Active Directory and Azure environments

- Skilled in using network monitoring and diagnostic tools

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and maintain computer networks including VPNs, routers, and mainframes
  • Monitor and manage system infrastructure and installed hardware/software
  • Install and configure network devices and ensure optimal performance
  • Administer firewalls, antivirus systems, and data protection protocols
  • Continuously monitor systems to improve network efficiency and reliability
  • Ensure high availability of infrastructure and systems
  • Analyze application performance, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with developers for optimization
  • Implement and maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies
  • Contribute to the design and development of operational support systems
  • Liaise with vendors and clients to manage technical relationships
