The Field Service Engineer is a pivotal role within JB Elite Corporation, a leading provider of cutting-edge engineering solutions. What you'll be doing

  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on client equipment to ensure optimal performance
  • Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Maintain detailed records of all service activities and provide comprehensive reports
  • Liaise with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to enhance your expertise

What we're looking for

  • Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or a related Engineering discipline
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Field Service Engineer or in a similar technical role
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients effectively
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to travel to client sites as required
