We are looking for a highly driven and hands-on Operations Manager or Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations, drive process improvements, and manage cross-functional teams. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and takes ownership of results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and service standards are met
  • Lead, motivate, and manage both frontline and administrative teams
  • Monitor performance metrics and implement strategies for improvement
  • Identify operational challenges and implement proactive solutions
  • Ensure compliance with internal processes and external regulations
  • Collaborate with other departments to align operational goals with overall business objectives

Qualifications

  • Strong track record in managing both frontline and back-office teams
  • Familiarity with basic reporting and productivity tools (e.g., Google Sheets, Excel)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in customer-facing environments is highly preferred
  • Must be willing to work onsite in Antipolo, Rizal (6-day workweek)
