QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of Business or Administration Management Course.
with 3 years relevant experience in lease and office management and administration.
knowledgeable in handling contracts, property ownership, lease, documentations, permits, government regulations and local governance, negotiations.
TECHNICAL SKILLS/EXPERTISE:
Assists or provides legworks in the negotiation, preparation and finalization of various lease or contracts renewals and other related activities of documentations and verification in support of ensuring continuous company business operations.
Maintains, prepares and process request for payments of rental and/or of utility usages or billings arising from leased or owned premises or properties of the company to ensure continuous operation of company facilities.
Performs inter-office coordination works to provide necessary support in connection with administrative operations of offices and SOCs, compliance on existing company and government rules and regulations.
