Oversees and manages all production activities in the assembly and packing of electronic devices. Ensures that products are manufactured efficiently, safely, and in compliance with quality standards and production schedules. Responsible for optimizing manpower, materials, and machinery to achieve production targets and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Electronics, or Manufacturing Engineering (or equivalent).
  2. Minimum 5 years of experience in production management, preferably in an electronics assembly or manufacturing environment.
  3. Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  4. Knowledge in lean manufacturing, 5S, and process improvement techniques.

    5.Proficient in MS Office and production monitoring systems (ERP/MRP).
  5. Excellent communication and decision-making abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php35,000.00 per month
