Production Supervisor

  1. Supervise daily production operations in assembly and refurbishment of electronic devices.
  2. Plan, organize, and monitor manpower allocation to meet production schedules and customer requirements.
  3. Implement production procedures to maximize efficiency, reduce downtime, and minimize defects.

    4.Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPI) such as productivity, efficiency, FPY (First Pass Yield), and downtime.
  4. Ensure strict adherence to safety rules, 5S, housekeeping, and company discipline policies.
  5. Coordinate with other departments (Engineering, Quality Assurance, Warehouse, Impex, HR) for smooth workflow.
  6. Assist in implementing continuous improvement initiatives (Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, Six Sigma).
  7. Prepare and submit production reports to management.
  8. Train, coach, and evaluate production staff to enhance skills and maintain a high-performance team.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field.
  2. At least 3–5 years experience in production supervision or manufacturing management, preferably in electronics assembly/refurbishment and PEZA-registered firms.
  3. Knowledgeable in PEZA policies and documentation related to production and material handling.
  4. Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  5. Familiar with Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, or related continuous improvement tools.
  6. Good communication skills (oral & written) and ability to coordinate across departments.
  7. Proficient in MS Office, ERP, or other production monitoring systems.
  8. Willing to work flexible hours or shifting schedule depending on production demands.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php23,000.00 per month
