JOB DESCRIPTION JOB TITLE : Visual Merchandiser ORGANIZATIONAL SCOPE : Department/Section : Visual Merchandising

Department Reports to : Visual Merchandising Manager/ Supervisor Supervises : N/A

BASIC PURPOSE : Responsible for all Visual Executions in stores such as windows and in-store displays monitoring and proper implementation. Ensuring the store is attractive and that product presentation follows the standards and help generate sales. Major Responsibilities:

1. Visiting branches to coach in-store staff / merchandising or sales teams to interpret the guidelines and training them in the execution of the visual concept;

2. Creating and implementing visual merchandising strategy in line with the brand standard, product presentation and customer experience.

3. Do the executions and dismantling visual displays in windows and in-store displays; Supervising contractors on installations and implementations on display.

4. Regular monitoring on product display, ensuring that product launched on time. And presentations are as per guidelines.

5. Leading and provide training to store staff to maintain store display standard.

6. Seeking feedback from colleagues and customers on the visual impact of displays and implementing changes. Checking regularly the sales report to find out the support needed on displays.

7. Follows and execute Global Guidelines on product display and provide action plan on design and lifestyle requirements on display.

8. Help monitor inventory levels (in the warehouse and in-store)of non-merchandise needed for visual operations

9. Oversee store opening VM necessities and display procedure

A. Primarily Skills

1. Has a strong creative flair on Product display and can can execute VM display guidelines at all all cost.

2. Effectively presenting products in an understandable and engaging way to motivate purchases

3. Can create monthly floor-set / VM Styling Deck, do mannequin presentation for stores to follow to create freshness in stores in every month.

4. Knows how to handle inventory of non-merchandise needed for visual operations in the warehouse and in-store)

5. Proficiency is Microsoft office is a must. Can Provide store visit and comparative reports 6. Knows how to do presentations for weekly reports and store visit reports.

7. Can do training store staff on VM guidelines to keep and maintain the brand standards. Leading and motivating stores to complete displays to tight deadlines.

8. Oversee store opening VM necessities and display procedure

9. Easily adapts to constantly changing environment

10. Capable of effectively communicating ideas or instructions to colleagues, store staff and suppliers

11. Has a strong creative flair and keen eye for details

12. Has service oriented mind-set

13. Can think and solve problems creatively

14. Resourceful especially when it comes to VM Materials

JOB SPECIFICATION (Minimum Requirements)

Minimum Education : Graduate of Any Art related courses , Fine Arts / Fashion design, Interior design or any design related course Experience Required :

Minimum of 1 year experience in Visual Merchandising in the retail industry is a must Competencies : Technical Creative.

Visual Merchandising Skills and product presentation, Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Knowledge in graphic design and 3D software is an advantage :
