About the role

TAPA KING INC' is seeking a dedicated Accounting Staff to join our team in Pasig City Metro Manila. This full-time position will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the company's accounting operations.

What you'll be doing

  • Perform general accounting duties including data entry, account reconciliations, and preparing financial statements
  • Assist with accounts payable/receivable functions
  • Ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded and in compliance with relevant accounting standards and company policies
  • Provide support to the finance team as needed, including ad-hoc reporting and analysis
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and verify financial information
  • Continuously look for ways to improve accounting processes and internal controls

What we're looking for

  • Relevant degree in Accounting or a related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role, preferably in a small to medium-sized organisation
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate financial records
  • Proficiency in using accounting software and spreadsheet applications
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with finance and non-finance colleagues
  • Ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and work well in a team environment
