About the role

CPI Management Services' is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Call Center Agent to join our growing team in Quezon City, Metro Manila. As a Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional non-voice customer service support to our clients. What you'll be doing

  1. Responding to customer inquiries and requests via email, chat, or other non-voice channels
  2. Resolving customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner
  3. Maintaining accurate records and documentation of all customer interactions
  4. Identifying opportunities for process improvements and providing recommendations to management
  5. Adhering to company policies, procedures, and quality standards
  6. Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

What we're looking for

  1. Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills
  2. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  3. Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
  4. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  5. Prior experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred
  6. Fluency in English and the local language is required
