About the role
CPI Management Services' is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Call Center Agent to join our growing team in Quezon City, Metro Manila. As a Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional non-voice customer service support to our clients. What you'll be doing
- Responding to customer inquiries and requests via email, chat, or other non-voice channels
- Resolving customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation of all customer interactions
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements and providing recommendations to management
- Adhering to company policies, procedures, and quality standards
- Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
What we're looking for
- Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Prior experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred
- Fluency in English and the local language is required
