We are looking for an experienced and motivated Physical Therapy Supervisor to lead our Primary Care rehabilitation team. In this role, you will oversee daily therapy operations, guide a team of physical therapists, and ensure the highest standard of patient care and service delivery. You will play a key role in maintaining clinical excellence, operational efficiency, and a culture of continuous learning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support Physical Therapists and therapy staff in providing quality, patient-centered care
  • Oversee patient assessments, treatment planning, and progress evaluations to ensure compliance with clinical standards
  • Conduct regular case reviews and provide mentorship, feedback, and performance evaluations
  • Coordinate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care and smooth patient flow
  • Manage therapy schedules, workload distribution, and documentation accuracy
  • Contribute to staff training, protocol development, and service improvement initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, safety standards, and company policies

Qualifications

Education:

  • Graduate of BS Physical Therapy, with a valid PRC license

Experience/Skills:

  • Minimum of 3–5 years of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or senior role
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills
  • Excellent clinical judgment and patient-handling techniques
  • Proficient in documentation, scheduling, and operational coordination
