Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Helps coordinate and implement strategic programs and initiatives across different departments.
- Works closely with leadership and various units to ensure timely and successful delivery.
- Serves as a vital link between the executive office and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication, tracking deliverables and supporting planning and decision-making processes.
- Oversees the day-to-day administrative needs of the executive office, including organizing meetings, preparing documents, managing office resources, and handling travel and event logistics.
- Assists in managing office facilities, coordinating maintenance and renovations, and ensuring a well-functioning, safe working environment.
