Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Management, or related fields.
  • At least 3 years of experience in executive-level administrative or project coordination roles.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online communication platforms.
  • Strong initiative, discretion, and the ability to manage confidential information.

Responsibilities

  • Helps coordinate and implement strategic programs and initiatives across different departments.
  • Works closely with leadership and various units to ensure timely and successful delivery.
  • Serves as a vital link between the executive office and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication, tracking deliverables and supporting planning and decision-making processes.
  • Oversees the day-to-day administrative needs of the executive office, including organizing meetings, preparing documents, managing office resources, and handling travel and event logistics.
  • Assists in managing office facilities, coordinating maintenance and renovations, and ensuring a well-functioning, safe working environment.
  • Provide logistical and administrative assistance to community-based stakeholders, including handling travel arrangements, documentation and special requests.
