About the role

As the Quality Assurance Supervisor at New Flavor House, Inc., you will play a crucial role in maintaining the high standards of our food production facility in Guiguinto Bulacan. This full-time position is responsible for overseeing the quality control processes and ensuring our products consistently meet or exceed customer expectations.What you'll be doing

Develop and implement quality assurance procedures and protocols to identify and mitigate potential quality issues

Monitor production processes and conduct regular inspections to verify product quality and compliance with industry regulations and internal standards

Analyse quality data and production records to identify trends and opportunities for improvement

Collaborate with the production team to address quality concerns and implement corrective actions

Train and supervise quality assurance personnel to maintain a high level of competence and attention to detail

Liaise with regulatory bodies and customers to address quality-related concerns and ensure customer satisfaction

Contribute to the continuous improvement of our quality management system

What we're looking for

Minimum 5 years of experience in a quality assurance role within the food manufacturing or processing industry

Strong understanding of quality control principles, GMO, HACCP and ISOProficiency in interpreting and implementing industry standards, regulations, and best practices

Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
