About CBTW (Banking Technology Solutions)

The Banking Technology Solutions (BTS) of CBTW India was earlier known as OneAston.

With offices in Asia, Europe, and the Americas, CBTW is established as a Multi-Regional

Temenos certified partner; specializing in the delivery of Temenos solutions since 2012.

Having participated in over 150 projects worldwide, OneAston has a proven track record in the implementation, upgrade, enhancement, and support of Temenos Infinity, Transact, and WealthSuite platforms.

Responsibilities

Role Summary:

A Java Developer helps our clients reform their operations and support their business by providing application improvements and solutions. He will be an important ally to every organization who wants to invest in their application stability and advancement. And he will be a key person in translating business requirements into valuable and workable application features for client's benefits. The overall goal is to contribute to the clients' long-lasting success so that our reputation can expand along with our clientele 

Key Responsibilities: 

Develops and customizes enterprise applications using the Java technology stack, as well as other technologies used in the Company's products and projects Performs technical unit and integration testing for the applications and modules developed and customized Produces technical documentation based on the code produced during development and customization Collaborates with the technical team lead and application test lead during the development lifecycle to clarify design requirements and approaches, and to ensure the quality of the deliverableRefactors existing codes as part of maintenance and enhancementsAdds/Builds new test cases on existing Test SuitesProvides technical support directly to clients or members of support teamDeploys and create new pipelines in JenkinsStudies basic SonarQube and SCM integration

Qualifications

Required Qualifications & Attributes: 

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related disciplineMinimum of 3 years solid working experience as a Java/J2EE developerSolid SQL skillsAble to construct complex queries and develop stored proceduresExperience working in the Eclipse IDE environment Has proven experience in going through the entire Software Development LifecycleHas knowledge on Database, HTML, JavaScript, and Web frameworks (Struts or Spring)Preferably with Agile/Scrum development cycle understandingBasic knowledge of UML Knowledgeable in Design and integration patterns
