Sales Exec./ Sr. Sales Executive is responsible for the budgeted sales and income targets by initiating, promoting, and developing sales opportunities for the range of assigned products sold by the Company. This position also requires to continually improve and strengthen the relationship with our customers and suppliers.ResponsibilitiesAchieve revenue targets through strategic planning, customer engagement, and consistent reportingResponsible for forecasting, executing sales plans, and maintaining strong relationships with both customers and suppliers.Build strong customer and supplier relationships through sales and relationship managementConduct regular client visits, technical and commercial support, and efficient order processing, while also serving as a key liaison with suppliers to ensure smooth operations and identify growth opportunitiesExpand market reach by acquiring new customers and opportunities, while providing technical support ang managing product lifecycle from sample testing to commercializationConduct market analysis, inventory management, and sales follow-upProactively track customer needs and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions, ensuring optimal stock levels, and managing accounts receivable to minimize financial riskEnsure compliance and process integrity, adherence to internal guidelines and audit recommendationsMonitor sales team processes, implement corrective actions, and provide necessary audit documentationStrict adherence to company policies, including those related to conduct, quality management, and environmental, health, and safety (EHS)Compliance with legal and operational EHS requirements, and active participation in EHS programsTo ensure clients adhere to Jebsen & Jessen Ingredients (P) Inc. process, guidelines in terms of doing business transactionsQualificationsGraduate of the following courses: BS Chemistry, Chem Engineering or related course.At least 2-3 years of sales or technical experience selling/managing product application of raw material for Paint, Ink, Adhesive and Construction Industry1-2 years of experiences in Sales and Marketing experience preferable in the assigned Industry is an advantageKnowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications and SAP C4C sales moduleStrong Sales acumen and self-motivationStrong leadership skills and people management
