KEY FUNCTIONS:

  • Performing Troubleshooting and Repair work for Elevator and Escalator
  • Performing Replacement parts work
  • Conduct Prevent Maintenance Service or Elevator and Escalator
  • Making Service Report

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Following the company rules and Fujitec's standard safety rules
  • Trying to improve own knowledge and skill
  • Assisting Prevent Maintenance service
  • Performing Troubleshooting and repair work under the supervision of department manager
  • Performing Replacement parts work under the supervision of department manager
  • Making service report for a client on time
  • Explaining the status of EV/ESC, what were performed in PMS and our suggestion(if any) to a client
  • Negotiating/discussing a issue with a client under the supervision of department manager
  • Corresponding Emergency call back while you are assigned as standby staff by shifting.
  • Reporting the result of your work to immediate superior
  • Managing your tools and keeping them be clean

Qualifications

  • Proven work experience as an Elevator Technician
  • In-depth knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems
  • Understanding of safety regulations and procedures
  • Ability to troubleshoot and repair complex technical issues
  • Excellent physical condition and agility
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Certification as an Elevator Technician or in a related field is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent
