Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Activation ( Training & Account Management)

  • Collaborate with the stakeholder to understand client needs and tailor activation strategies accordingly.
  • Facilitate and develop training programs for clients transitioning from sales to implementation phase.
  • Knowledge in teaching and ability to design and present to the client by providing training materials related to business needs
  • Coordinate with clients to ensure smooth onboarding, implementation, account management, and post-sales support.
  • Actively engage with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance client activation processes and improve overall customer retention.
  • Provide timely and effective support to clients throughout the activation process.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to client activation and support activities.
  • Field Visits & Customer Service Skills

After Sales Support ( Customer Service) - Other tasks

  • Respond promptly to service calls and perform onsite repairs as needed, adhering to strict service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address escalated technical issues and contribute to process improvement initiatives
  • Keep detailed records of service calls, maintenance activities, and inventory.

Field Visits & Customer Engagement

  • Conduct field visits to support onboarding and activation.
  • Apply strong customer service skills in addressing client concerns and maintaining positive relationships.

Job Requirements

  • At least 2 years' experience in activation, implementation, training, or account management within the banking, finance, or fintech/EMI industry.
  • Proven experience in developing and delivering training materials.
  • Familiarity with both traditional and modern training methodologies.
  • Previous experience in client-facing roles (activation, implementation, account management, or customer service).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong research, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and solve problems under pressure.
  • Flexible and adaptable to evolving business needs.
  • Proficient in relevant business and training software applications/tools.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Education, Business Development, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Master's degree (MBA) is an advantage.
  • Technical certifications are a plus.
  • Highly proficient in computer applications for business and communication.
  • Open to candidates from Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.
