Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Aquaculture, Forestry, Architecture, Urban Studies, Town Planning, or any related course.
  • Must be a licensed professional (Board/Bar/Professional License Exam passer).
  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide overall management approach in the planning, execution, and maintenance of Estates landscapes
  • Collaborates with SBU's landscape design unit in selecting landscaping palette
  • Conducts on site check of landscaping materials to verify quality, orientation to inform contractors of the standard landscape construction methodologies and landscape audit
  • Monitors and checks contractors' compliance with the standard landscape construction methodologies
  • Collaborates with the Construction Management Group (CMG) on the inspection of a completed project and issuance of Certificate of Completion
  • Supervises nursery operations
  • Assists in the crafting of groundskeeping terms of reference (TOR) and accomplishing all administrative works and other corporate functions
  • Monitors daily accomplishments and compliance of the service provider on the TOR/SLA (Service Level Agreement)
  • Crafts landscape designs with details and manages special landscaping projects as required by the Principal
  • Initiates landscape personnel's training in collaboration with the Service Provider's Agency
