MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be a graduate of any Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Management or any related course.
  • With at least 2 years of proven work experience in the related field
  • With good communication skills and analytical skills
  • Good understanding of accounting related concerns and data analysis methods.
  • Strong analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills and able to collaborate with the operations team.
  • Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Office, MS Powerpoint, MS Project.

·JOB SUMMARY:

  • Review and validation of all delivery remittances.
  • Performs the day-to-day branch cash flow such as liquidation, reimbursement and cash advances procedures according to the company policy.
  • Responsible for the day-to-day bank deposit transactions.
  • Assists payroll for computing delivery rider's POD computation.
  • Assists employees on any Comp & Ben related concerns within the area of responsibility.
  • Answers timekeeping-related queries and disputes of employees.
  • Assists the procurement and monitoring of Branch fixed asset.
  • Assist the procurement and monitoring of Office, Cleaning and Operational Supplies.
  • Utilities Expense monitoring
  • Ensure procedures and regulations are enforced.
  • Assist branch financial reports given by the Finance Team
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
  • Willing to be assigned in Bagong Silang, Labo, Camarines Norte

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php10, Php12,000.00 per month
