Responsibilities

Maintain accurate financial records by recording daily transactions, reconciling statements, and organizing accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and general ledger entries. Generate timely financial reports, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and support month-end and year-end closings in collaboration with senior accountants. Adapt to diverse projects, implement efficient bookkeeping processes, and leverage technology to optimize workflow and accuracy.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of bookkeeping principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in using accounting software and tools (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel) to manage financial records and generate reports.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, with a knack for spotting errors and resolving discrepancies.
  • Strong organizational skills to maintain orderly financial records and meet deadlines.
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and clients
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information with professionalism.
