Nutrition Specialist (Medical Representative)

A DAY IN THE LIFE:

Responsible for communicating ethically and delivering science-based value propositions to build the image and role of Nestlé Infant Nutrition with healthcare professionals and institutions within a specified territory. The goal is to compliantly drive recommendations, advocacy, and prescriptions for these products.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Develop and expand brand usage through consistent visits among healthcare professionals, maternity services, and medical institutions.
  2. Actively conduct and implement sales activities to further develop the brand.
  3. Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, ensuring they have the latest information on products.
  4. Attend sales meetings, product launches, and presentations regularly.
  5. Coordinate with trade counterparts for product availability, market hygiene, and completeness of the product range.
  6. Manage all aspects of assigned responsibilities and administrative functions in the designated territory.

WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL:

  • Preferably hold a science-related degree in Physiology, Nutrition, Medicine, Biology, Pharmacology, Nursing, Food Science, or a related human/nutrition science field.
  • Marketing or business-related qualifications will be considered.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and have been driving for at least 1 year.
  • Previous experience as a medical delegate or pharmaceutical representative, working with multidisciplinary healthcare teams or in healthcare sales, is an advantage.
