About the role

This is a full-time Delivery Courier position based in Paranaque City, Metro Manila. As a Delivery Courier at RAF International Forwarding Phils. Inc.', you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient and timely delivery of parcels and packages to our valued customers across the region.

What you'll be doing

  • Pick up and transport parcels and packages from the distribution centre to customer locations
  • Operate company van/truck for efficient parcel delivery services
  • Ensure all deliveries are made in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintain accurate delivery records and provide updates on the status of deliveries
  • Handle customer inquiries and address any delivery-related concerns
  • Assist with loading and unloading of delivery vehicles
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures and safety guidelines

What we're looking for

  • At least 1 year of experience as a delivery courier or driver
  • CAN DRIVER 4 WHEEL OR 6 WHEEL VEHICLES.
  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers
  • Good knowledge of the local road network and traffic patterns
  • Proficient in reading maps and using navigation tools
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Valid Professional driver's license
  • Must hold a valid Professional driver's licence with clean driving record
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
