Key Qualifications

  • Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
  • Proven leadership experience in financial management, strategy, and corporate planning
  • Strong background in the hospitality industry is highly preferred, but we are open to skilled candidates from other industries
  • Ideally with extensive executive-level finance experience
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate with both corporate and property-level teams

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and shape the company's long-term financial strategy and business ventures
  • Develop budgets, financial forecasts, and corporate-level business plans
  • Ensure the accuracy and compliance of all financial reports for internal stakeholders, property owners, and regulatory bodies
  • Partner with General Managers and Finance Managers to oversee cash flow management, cost control, profitability, and revenue optimization
  • Drive financial best practices to support growth and sustainability

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php250, Php300,000.00 per month
