ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Must be proficient in Reading, Writing, Comprehending and Speaking the Spanish and the English language.
- Data entry skills, organization, analyzing information, verbal communication, and multitasking.
- Good conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to maintain integrity and confidentiality.
- Other tasks/functions that may be assigned by the company as per business requirement;
these may change from time to time to reflect the changing requirement of your position and our business.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Knowledge and Skills:
- Must have an expert understanding of computer applications.
- Experience in handling Customer Service accounts for Spanish and English speaking customers Education or equivalency
- Minimum of High School Education required, or preferably with two (2) years college background.
Experience:
At least two (2) years working experience in the Customer Service field, preferred but not required.
Requirement:
- Applicant will be expected to pass an Internal English Literacy Test and Spanish communication interviews.
- Must be able to work on Night Shift Schedules.
